As Canadian governments, communities and citizens continue to adapt to the rapidly changing situation caused by the COVID-19 outbreak, Momentum's leadership team is meeting continuously to assess and appropriately respond to the crisis as it evolves, to adjust our operations to maintain continuity and to support the safety and health of those if impacted.

On March 10, 2020, we implemented a mandatory work from home policy for any employee that relied on public transportation to get to and from work as well as a voluntary work at home policy for any employee that felt the need or desire to self-isolate. Starting on Monday, March 23 all Momentum employees will be working from the safety of their home. These decisions have been made based on the guidance and precautionary measures shared by the World Health Organization and the Canadian government as well as being proactive regarding the health and safety of our employees.

We have extensive online collaboration capabilities for our employees to communicate with each other and with you and our suppliers. We are working tirelessly to help everyone stay safe while at the same time continuing to serve you.

As you know, our hosting solutions are at Rackspace which helps ensure our ability to continue to deliver our solutions throughout the duration of this situation. Rackspace offices and data centers remain secure and operational. Their business continuity plans ensure that they can effectively continue operations without disruption. Momentum will continue to have full access to our Rackspace account team and support services.

We know that we as a global community will come through this crisis but we each need to do our own part.
