Momentum IT Group has been a long-standing partner of Sport for Life, co-developing and powering digital platforms that advance physical literacy, sport education, and community engagement across Canada and internationally. At the core of this partnership is the Sport for Life LMS (https://sportforlife-sportpourlavie.ca/default.php), which provides educators, coaches, and organizations with access to online training, certifications, and resources in both English and French. The LMS supports national sport organizations, provincial affiliates, and community partners by offering flexible learning paths, blended learning options, and robust reporting to track program reach and impact.

Building on this foundation, Momentum co-created PlayBuilder (https://getplaybuilder.com/>), an innovative lesson planning and curriculum design tool for teachers, coaches, and recreation leaders. PlayBuilder allows users to build customized programs and lesson plans by drawing from a rich library of activities, drills, and resources. With PlayBuilder, educators can easily design engaging and age- appropriate physical literacy experiences, manage resources, and deliver consistent, high-quality programming tailored to local needs.

A major initiative that highlights the combined impact of these platforms is Healthy Schools BC: Learning in Motion (https://healthyschoolsbc.ca/learning-in-motion/), developed in partnership with the BC Ministry of Health. This project integrates PlayBuilder with the Sport for Life LMS to give school teachers a comprehensive toolkit for delivering quality physical health education classes. Teachers can access structured lesson plans, track student engagement, and align classroom delivery with provincial curriculum outcomes. By bringing together evidence-based resources and a user-friendly digital ecosystem, the initiative supports both educators and policymakers in promoting lifelong health and physical literacy among children and youth.

Through these interconnected projects, Momentum IT Group has helped Sport for Life establish a sustainable digital strategy that reaches thousands of educators and learners, while also creating a model that can be replicated by governments and organizations worldwide.
