Momentum IT Group has partnered with the Canadian Red Cross (CRC) since 2011 to design, develop, and host a national enterprise LMS integrated with CRC's Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.

This integration enables seamless learner management, automated enrollments, and real-time synchronization of training data with CRM, providing CRC with a unified and efficient approach to delivering its critical education programs at scale.

As part of this collaboration, Momentum IT Group has designed and developed more than 100 courses and course modules across a range of program areas, including First Aid, Swimming and Water Safety, and Respect Education. These courses incorporate multimedia content, interactive elements, and assessments that ensure both compliance and learner engagement. With the LMS, CRC can deliver training across Canada in both official languages, ensuring accessibility for learners in diverse communities.

In addition to the LMS, Momentum developed Boulevard, an instructor and training asset management platform created to enhance the delivery and quality of in-person programs. Boulevard standardizes instructor preparation and training delivery by providing a cloud-based repository of categorized lesson plans and resources, a lesson plan generator for blended and in-person learning, instructor collaboration tools, and time-tracking capabilities. With enhanced reporting and analytics, Boulevard allows administrators to monitor training quality and effectiveness across regions, ensuring consistent outcomes and compliance in all instructor-led sessions.

Together, these systems provide the Canadian Red Cross with a comprehensive digital learning ecosystem. The LMS supports eLearning and compliance training at scale, while Boulevard strengthens in-person and blended delivery. This dual approach enables CRC to reach millions of learners annually while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and accountability in life-saving education programs.
